LTL Home Products, Inc. Leases 56,980 Sq. Ft.

LEHIGH VALLEY, JANUARY 12, 2021 -Nationally recognized leader in the home products market, LTL Home Products, Inc., has leased the remaining 56,980 Sq. Ft. in Hamburg Commerce Park’s 336 Logistics Drive Building. LTL Home Products manufactures and supplies home improvement products such as: barn, folding, and wood doors; decorative shelving; flooring; and other products.

The building, owned by The Keith Corporation and Kiel Group, is located along the I-78 corridor off in Hamburg, PA. 336 Logistics Drive boasts state-of-the-art design, a 32’ clear height, and over 20 dock doors. The joint venture developed this speculative building in 2020 with a pre-lease from S. Walter Packaging who occupies the remaining 92,652 Sq. Ft.

 JLL worked on behalf of the seller, a joint venture between The Keith Corporation and Kiel Group. KKR purchased the asset.
